Sunday, April 9, 2023 - This bottle was dominated by yeasty flavours, shadowing the apples and pears I was expecting. Overall, a nice balance between acidity, perlage and intensity of flavours. Would probably give this label another try, hoping for a bottle with greater focus and clarity.
