Wednesday, May 1, 2019 - Still family owned, they produce from all regions of Burgundy. 60% chardonnay and 40% Pinot noir. The only producing Crement in Chablis. Part domaine and part negociant. Crisp and fruity and easy going, with some RS on the back ground. Grapes sourced only from Chablis.
