Saturday, May 17, 2014 - Deep, opaque purple. A glorious nose of chocolate mint - or, I suppose, eucalyptus. On the palate, a gush of luscious flavours and textures. Long, with a touch of alcohol burn the only slight out-of-balance element. (14.5%) A classic Barossa Shiraz.
