Saturday, October 10, 2020 - Gourmetklubbens fyrtiosjunde middag (A+N, Sundbyberg): (Disgorged in 2009, 60% Pinot Noir, 7% Meunière and 33% Chardonnay, dosage 9 gr/l)
Lovely yellow colour with a smooth and creamy palate and delicious notes of tutti-frutti, hazelnuts and citrus at first. Opens up in the glass with a nice and fresh lime zest bitterness and a nice honey sweetness on the finish.
