Sunday, April 21, 2019 - Clear yellow gold color with lazy stream of fine bubbles, gone after an hour. Lovely notes of ginger ale, apple cider, lemon verbena, dried chamomile and daisies, with hints of chalk, almond, and croissant. Wonderful by itself and with light appetizers.
