Monday, February 16, 2009 - 1/14/2009: Light but clean pale yellow. The nose is bright with crisp apple, nutty, and mineral. The flavors are apple, citrus, rocks and fllint. Light bodied, not much depth but a good wine with food. Nice medium finish with lot of minerality
