Saturday, January 13, 2024 - We had a bottle of this at a restaurant with tuna sashimi and scallops. It had yellow apple, pear and floral notes along with a buttery feel. There was low acid, medium to low body and medium alcohol with a pleasant medium finish. Went nice with the meal.
