Thursday, April 28, 2022 - En-Primeur campaign for the 2021 vintage; 4/25/2022-4/29/2022 (Bordeaux): Meaty, savoury (like the Chapelle) but far more perfumed and floral, a little polished plummy fruit, less sour than the other two wines but it’s still present here, Medium plus intensity acidity, wild black plum with a slight peppery underpin. Obvious new oak is contained. A little fruit tea texture to the tannins. S’okay.
