Friday, February 10, 2023 - It smells like biscuity, burnt and oak. It tastes like oak. We drank this in a Sommellier lab, so it really didnt get a good shake for taste, as the lab kept having us add flavors to it, such as 100 prof vodka, and spices.
I usually dont care much for chards, but I have to say, this one was pretty nice, and I think I need to give it another shot.
