Friday, June 5, 2020 - Nice light gold color. Yeasty toasty almond Peach nose. Lots of bubbles still. The bubbles are small and smooth. Peach pear nutty toasted flavors on the palate. Very smooth. Long finish. Drinking beautifully. Nice complexity. can age further if you want as long as you don't mind the oxidation. Incredible showing.
