Sunday, November 5, 2023 - Cider vibes from this one. Very bready /yeasty and toasty with lots of minerality throughout. Soft white grape, peach, pineapple, green apple pear & wet stone. I get a slight minty toothpaste thing going on as well. Creamy texture
