Thursday, February 7, 2013 - Loved my final bottle. Paired with steak and potatoes, this was a jewel on the table. Opened for 2 hrs and poured through an aerator, the beginning was cassis and black raspberries. The middle was eucalyptus and cedar, with a side of oak. The finish was silk, velvet, a long lasting roller coaster of ripe tannin. Thank God for good wine!!! Amen.
