Wednesday, December 9, 2009 - Mid greeny-gold, bright and vivid in the glass. Mineral nose that follows through on to the palate, very Chablis on the attack, crisp, intense, clean and very focused. Mid weight on the mid-palate and then a hint of richness on the finish that hints at further south than a good Chablis 1er. This is the best bottle yet and drinking very well now. Will see how it lasts after 48hrs, but top ***1/2 on initial impressions.
