Friday, April 26, 2024 - Terrific balance—M/M+ body, M+ acid and intensity. Fresh citrus and just-ripe stone fruit and melon. I’m told neutral oak, and probably a short time or only partial. Paired beautifully with a seafood-based Spanish meal.
