Wednesday, January 31, 2024 - Coravined. Very very deep magenta color. Blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate, and damp stones. Dry, satiny, full bodied palate. Firm, full tannins on the longish finish.

This is dark and brooding, but clearly going to be great. Really needs another year or two in the cellar and/or a 2-3 hour decant. There’s some nice minerality here. “Amentet” is the Egyptian goddess of rebirth. This is Pym Rae fruit.
