Friday, November 22, 2013 - Excellent fizz but nose dominated by yeast, very pale pink color, almost like a 30year old Blanc de Blanc. Fruit barely showing, with citrus flavors dominating. Decent rose but nothing to write home about and certainly paled in comparison to the Ruinard rose we had before it.
