Monday, July 17, 2017 - @Quadrat, Palma. My first encounter with this wine, and very pleased with that. Really lovely nose with a good bunch of wild strawberries, bready aromas and some light smoke/spices. Palate lagging perhaps a bit behind the nose, but very fresh, with good fruit and solid back bone. Overall really good balance and depth. Considering buying some to cellar. Regrettably, no informative labelling on this one so do not know base or degorgement date. Given the wine list I suspect it is a rather recent release.
