Monday, December 25, 2017 - This bubbly never. disappoints! A family Christmas tradition for over 30 years. Mildly yeasty nose. Very well balanced palate with great fruit and acidity. Long finish. Only mildly yeasty. And the color, it glows! Tiny bubbles. Not cheap, but worth every sip.
