Monday, April 22, 2024 - Initial notes of struck match on the nose, giving way to straw, beeswax, honey, lemon, and white flowers. Golden apples, ginger, and a hint of honey on wet stones on the palate. It’s always a special occasion when I open a Huet wine, and this one delivered.
