Saturday, February 18, 2023 - Stunning on the nose, with red cherries, white flowers, orange rinds, hints of mint and and fragrant earth. Supple, sexy and suave, it's got a superior mouthfeel, deep concentration and while today it is giving off significant fruit, there is a savory element in the mid palate that indicates this will evolve nicely. While you won't mistake this for a high acid burgundy, it does show impressive balance with a long, spicy finish.
