Monday, October 23, 2023 - Elegant, classy Vouvray from Le Mont vineyard, viscous, light straw.
Complex, bruised apples, nectarines, preserved lemons, sour cream, tarragon, beeswax, honeysuckle flowers and fine chalky minerals.
Medium bodied, dry, excellent acidity that meets the creaminess, along honey, citrus, still apples and grapefruit. Precise salty finish with good lenght and concentration. Very integrated 13% alcohol.
Beautiful now, but better after 2025-2027.
100% Chenin Blanc.
