A friend decided to treat me to dinner & wine at Ki restaurant. The wine had subtle aromas of seashells, white flowers, honey, hay, citrus, and tropical fruits. The balance of high acidity and sugar was impeccable, making it a deceptively easy-to-drink wine. I'm Looking forward to the Moelleaux.
Light golden colour. The nose is very precise with typical Chenin aroma's. Apple, blossom, pear, lemon, almond and some sweet brioche. After a while some honey notes develop. Clear and linear, refreshing with a med+ intensity and long aftertaste.

Notes of lemon zest, tangerine peel, bruised apple, melon, lychee, honeysuckle, white pepper, and salty wet stone. A wonderful balance of zippy acidity and ripe fruit notes. Medium weight on the palate with a surprisingly prolonged finish.
Simply put, this is a lovely and complete wine that just puts a smile to your face. Awesome now, but should develop further nuance with more age.

Elegant, classy Vouvray from Le Mont vineyard, viscous, light straw. Complex, bruised apples, nectarines, preserved lemons, sour cream, tarragon, beeswax, honeysuckle flowers and fine chalky minerals. Medium bodied, dry, excellent acidity that meets the creaminess, along honey, citrus, still apples and grapefruit. Precise salty finish with good lenght and concentration. Very integrated 13% alcohol. Beautiful now, but better after 2025-2027. 100% Chenin Blanc.
