Sunday, November 4, 2012 - Had a really special experience with this old CSM cab. Started out with stinky and sour notes of cherry. Air helped unravel what was underneath, which included dried cherry and currant fruit, herbs and a slight dusting of cocoa. This old-timer also paired very well with a tasty al pastor burrito but was very enjoyable on its own too.
