Friday, October 13, 2023 - Salty, citrusy nose. Intense notes of green fruits, citrus and salt on the palate. Very well knit together, tight and structured. Great cut and acidity, tastes like Chablis at the moment with the notes of wet stones kicking in. Too young, wait a few years.
