Friday, February 12, 2010 - Dinner Ash, Richard Sandy et al – thanks to robeo for opening -- Wow, ’01 Burgs continue to overachieve! Soaring aromatics loaded with clove-infused chocolate , smoked exotic hams, bing cherry, pine and rotisserie chicken (!) Wonderful on the palate, expressive, bright, and refreshing. Lovely ’01 Burg.
