Tuesday, January 18, 2005 - So much for waiting a year or two- when you have a sub $20 pinot in the cooler it gets drunk first. Much better than the last one. Decanted for 30 minutes and the alcohol was still evident but fruit was much more prevalent this time.This bottle was with Barefoot wild salmon and wild rice, and a salad with carmelized onions and blue cheese- the onions and salmon were a good match with the wine. I would buy more and hold at least 3-5 years.
