Friday, February 2, 2024 - Tasted after a 30 minute decant. Pale ruby in colour with amazing rich aromas of earth & blossoms. On the palate, medium bodied tart & juicy red fruit, sour cherry, wild strawberry, very floral, violets, fresh earth, oak is not noticeable, high acidity, low tannins with a long finish to sour cherry & an earthy minerality. This wine falls into the unusual, unexpected & very appreciated category!
