Wednesday, September 16, 2015 - Close to Clos: Opens slowly aromatically but shows sesame, celery, honey and flint. Really good texture and the palate also lifts along with the nose as it gets some air - becoming brighter and more defined. The fruit remains full and this is excellent overall.
