Sunday, December 28, 2008 - Even better than the 2007 I just had.....more mineral, doughness ala White Burgundy....crisp citrus, floral ginger spice, toast, lemon creme. Drink this with 30 min out of the fridge...it brings out the best in this wine. Grand Cru Chablis????? WOW!
