Wednesday, October 29, 2014 - Dinner at Burch Steak House (Burch Steak, Mpls, MN): Light gold color. PNP, drank 2 glasses over 40 minutes. There's a nice earthiness up front and plenty of pleasantly toasted oak, and lemon. The palate is consistent with the nose, showing lemon, mineral, toast, earth, and oak with full body and a medium plus finish.
