Monday, January 30, 2023 - Pale hay in color, medium viscosity. Lime, grapefruit, nectarine nose. Beachey/sea shelly. Palate… lime -> green apple -> nectarine. Near perfect balance would have preferred just a touch more acidity but it’s definitely lively with a nice modestly rounded M body. Minerality dances in and out of the mix. Very very tasty.
