This wine is aging, yet still balanced and lovely, with honey melon notes. Doubt that most consumers would love this wine because it has strayed beyond normal white wine parameters, but it's a winner, a complex and enjoyable imbibe.

Pale hay in color, medium viscosity. Lime, grapefruit, nectarine nose. Beachey/sea shelly. Palate… lime -> green apple -> nectarine. Near perfect balance would have preferred just a touch more acidity but it’s definitely lively with a nice modestly rounded M body. Minerality dances in and out of the mix. Very very tasty.

Brilliant, brilliant work. Crisp, medium+ acidity, good core of fruit but not sweet, great flavor but perfectly balanced as all things should be. 92 might be an undersell.

On the nose- Fresh lemon, fresh lime, honeysuckle baked apple, quince, pear, ginger, honey, lemon verbena, baked apple, persimmon
On the palate- Fresh lemon and fresh lime, honeysuckle and baking apple, quince and pear, ginger and honey, lemon verbena and baked apple, with a hint of persimmon on the finish. This wine is drinking KILLER now being super young and has zippy acid and grip on the finish. I see this wine drinking well over the next 3-5 years with no problem at all.

By the final glass, each sip felt like taking a full bite into a Eureka Lemon, skin pith and all, and I loved it. The wine drank very clean, crisp, and with a palate clearing balance between the acid and it's lemony, slightly floral (w/ honeysuckle) and less obvious hints of tropical fruits. A joy to drink.
