Tuesday, February 1, 2022 - The wine is a deep garnet on the edges. The nose has medium plus intensity aromas of vanilla, coconut, clove, cedar, blackberry, cassis,pyrazines, mint, damp earth, char, smoke. The palate is dry with medium plus intensity acidity and medium plus soft velvety tannins, full body and medium plus alcohol. The flavor intensity is pronounced with vanilla, coconut, clove, cedar, blackberry, cassis, pyrazines, mint, damp earth, char, smoke. The finish is medium plus with mint, notes of vanilla and cedar. The wine is very good with depth of concentration, balance of the acidity with tannins and fruit nature complexity on the nose and palate and some length on the finish.
