Saturday, April 20, 2024 - The wine is ruby colored - definitely light to medium in color. The legs are not thick along the glass. This wine is excellent but you must enjoy subtlety with a low flavor factor in the mouth. Drink it with lighter foods or as I did, with lightly smoked salmon that was not spiced. The flavors do not overwhelm - you can pair it with light colored meats. If you like a big wine like a Kosta Browne or Sea Smoke, you will not appreciate this wine. If you want more flavors in a wine, I suggest you try the 2021 vintage
