There is a rich, meat quality to the nose along with licorice, black cherries, raspberries, violets, chocolate nibs, and savory herbs. The Full bodied feel is balanced and brawny with medium acidity and silky, medium tannins. This is a delicious Mourvedre and one that shows off why I am a fan of this grape in Washington.
