Saturday, October 15, 2022 - Super pure red fruit, later also some dark fruit, some tar, leather/animalic notes, also some flowers and spice, all very subtle and pure. It‘s medium- bodied, with nice freshness and just a touch of tannin. Lovely wine that is beautifully pure. Very fascinating to see all different grapes coming through. (Even with it’s rather simple, easy-to-drink character, it would deserve an extra 2-3 points for deliciousness). I love it and love the story too.
