Saturday, September 23, 2023 - This needs a lot of air (and preferably time in the cellar) and not to be served too cold to show its true colors. A stunning wine, very pure and elegant, opening up slowly when it came to temperature from a very cold fridge. Citrus, very clean and mineral, good acidity, some riper white fruits and a touch of honey when it really warmed up. Very classy wine that requires some focus when drinking
