Needs more time in the cellar. Very sharp, almost acidic at first but also probably too cold. With time it opened and softened considerably to show a beautiful nose of tropical fruits and rounded warm finish. Very good but will be superb in a few years.

Served at the proper temperature (i.e. not too cold, maybe 15 degrees?), and more open than I remember my last bottle last year. Lovely notes of camomile, citrus, white peach, some honey notes (but not sweetness!). Very classy and pure rendition of Chenin Blanc.

I was super impressed -- light and ethereal but substantial and interesting -- tons of depth and facets to discover. Chamomile for sure, mineral, lemon, herbs, etc etc. Agree with other tasters that it would have been ruined if served too cold -- this was cellar temp and I expect shone because of it.

This needs a lot of air (and preferably time in the cellar) and not to be served too cold to show its true colors. A stunning wine, very pure and elegant, opening up slowly when it came to temperature from a very cold fridge. Citrus, very clean and mineral, good acidity, some riper white fruits and a touch of honey when it really warmed up. Very classy wine that requires some focus when drinking
