Saturday, November 11, 2023 - I was super impressed -- light and ethereal but substantial and interesting -- tons of depth and facets to discover. Chamomile for sure, mineral, lemon, herbs, etc etc. Agree with other tasters that it would have been ruined if served too cold -- this was cellar temp and I expect shone because of it.
