Wednesday, September 29, 2021 - Golden hay-coloured which bleached out with air contact. Tiny hint of oxidation that dissipated after 20 minutes. Saline, shell-like minerality, lemon tart, with ripe quince and pears. Acidity perceptible but well integrated. Poise and balance. A refined and seductive beauty in its apogee. Riedel Sommeliers Fishbowl stem.
