Sunday, March 11, 2012 - Well made wine. Very nice nose with some wet saddle leather and dirt notes. On the palate the acidity was seriously mouthwatering but also somewhat balanced by firm tannins. Probably way too young to drink, but I had to test this one. The wine felt very unfiltered in the mouth, almost a bit "dusty". The fruit was deep and dark , very mature berries This was clearly a food wine.
