Saturday, October 12, 2019 - Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind Burgundy (Chevalier Fine Wines - Chicago IL): Small glass, tasted blind. More red vs black cherry with lots of savory spice, some braised meat. I thought this Grand Cru based on its density and complexity. Very good length as well. I haven't had this wine in a decade and enjoyed it as much today as back then.
