Tuesday, April 25, 2023 - Wow…this is in a shockingly good place right now! Had at a restaurant starting to consume after a 30 min decant. Solid, but by the 45 minute mark it was fantastic! So not sure you really need to endeavor to polish off what you have left in the cellar this calendar year after all…
