Saturday, May 16, 2015 - Fairly expressive bouquet. Ripe dark fruit, spice, cinnamon, and earth. Ripe dark fruit extract, explosive but elegant flavoring, beautiful bold spice. Very fresh and ripe tannins at the same time. This one kind of put me at a loss for words, it was effortless, bold, elegant, and delicious all at the same time. Excellent.
