Monday, July 7, 2008 - Popped and poured. Color: Ruby red. Nose: Dry, dusty fruits. Flavor: Medium body, Medium flavor profile. Lots of minerals and dried dark bitter fruit. Finish: Acid and minerals with a silky tongue coat. Decent length.

Day 3: Light fruits, licorice, play-doh.
