Wednesday, March 27, 2024 - Keith's Italian Wine Dinner (Osteria Langhe - Chicago IL): Open 4 hours before serving. Dense and powerful red cherry with savory spice and faint floral notes. Backward for now, but so much powerful fruit clearly teasing us with its potential. I don't know if this needs 5 or 10 or 15 more years to fully express itself, but this needs more time.
