Wednesday, April 29, 2009 - La Spinetta Tasting (Bacchus Boarthouse): Much more restrained sweetness on the nose but still showing some sweet flowers. Brambly, tarry and some spices. Ah! Finally, a real lovely and elegant showing of light cherries, summer berries and dash of hawthorne berries. Grippy sand-like tannins that lingers a while .
