Friday, April 19, 2024 - sappy, masonry; strong yeasty element, "waffles"; elegant, fine bubbles, tart apple but still rounded; long lingering finish (dry and minerally). At Wine Market Party in Ebisu Park Mall Blind Tasting Bar.
