Friday, January 7, 2011 - Excellent, complex nose: citrus, apple cider, yeast, mustiness. Intense palate, with a slight (definitely not cloying) sweetness. Fine bubbles. Medium finish. This is a really nice sparkler that compares well to much more expensive Champagnes. 90+
