Sunday, July 31, 2011 - Decanted for 1/2 hour and drank over 4. It took a while to open up to dark fruit, herbs, espresso, dark chocolate. Full bodied, good finish. The tannins had still not resolved after 4 hours to my taste. This should really come together with some more cellar time.
